Radial Platform sits within the Amazon Cloud “The largest and most secure cloud in the world”. All your information is located in two data centres based in Australia so there are no “Sovereignty” issues (Personal information is not allowed outside of Australian borders).
The data centres are physically located in different locations and work in tandem so if one of the data centres is disrupted the platform will continue to run in the other location. In the last 12 months, Amazon has had one outage in Australia, no data was lost and the service was resumed within 45 minutes.
Radial offers a Highly Availability platform which is accessible 24/7 for 99.95% of the time. That’s better than your phone or laptop!
